Parents or Teachers may address Board regarding an item that is not listed on the Agenda. Residents must provide their name and address. Board requests that comments be limited to three (3) minutes. In addition, the Board is not allowed to converse, deliberate or takes action on any matter presented during Parent/Teacher participation.

CALL TO ORDER
- President announce the presence of Quorum

- Approve minutes of Feb 2011 meeting.
- Garage sale – church approval, ongoing.
- Set dates for grade performances, need to have teachers approve. Possibly March pep rally and Spring Sing? Tabled until we talk to teachers.
- PTO to give student of the month certificate at the meeting.
- Parking Lot – People are not courteous, Catherine to address with Mr. Gillis. Progress by Junaid.
- Attending to the lost & found.
- Fast pass in front to see if parents want to pick up, will auction to highest bidder. 10-12 passes. Catherine will talk to Mr. Gillis.
- Website to replace Blog – Remind 101/School rack, websites that are used by middle school. Junaid to check info.
- Spirit Shop info- Pencils, erasers, pencil sharpeners, all personalized with VISTA. Amy found pencils, not able to find erasers, pencil sharpeners, book marks, etc. Amy will continue to search for product as well as yard signs and vinyl stickers. Do we want to buy now or wait until we have more product information then have it set up for next year? Vista Logo pencils, etc for the kids school supplies?
- Add to agenda for next month, school supply packs that PTO will put together and sell.
- Display My Art Fundraiser – Catherine to talk to Ms Ward.
- Bidding for Good - Tabled, renew? March is the month to renew.
- Computers for Education Fundraiser – Booklet cover and postcard, $0.50 per returned card. Catherine has the information.
- Facebook page – Change to Group. Junaid to change.
- Carnival – FALL. Will discuss more at March meeting.
